Internet Connection being lost
I’m a new T Mobile user, less than a week now. I kept losing the internet while traveling and while I was trying to use the map yesterday. It happened again to today. It said I lost my internet connection. I have a brand new phone and the areas where I “lost connection” are areas I have traveled in numerous times. Any reasons why this would happen?
Is anyone else having issue with losing connections. I have been lost 3 separate times out of state and stranded and panicing because of losing connection on the navigation system on the phone connection. And I am having trouble getting anyone from T mobile to respond. Any suggestions?
what phone and was it purchased from TMO, brought in from another carrier or purchased direct from the OEM/another vendor?
