I have had the E (EDGE) signal for 1.5 days now just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Are there technical issues going on?

Usually about once a week, I get the Edge signal instead of 4G and it sticks around for a day or two, then 4G comes back. I use my phone for work a lot Monday-Friday and sometimes even on weekends, so this is very frustrating.

    Galaxy Grand Prime. It’s an older phone, but I bought it directly from T-mobile a few years ago and have had their service since. Nothing has changed. Normally I get good data speeds and good cell coverage.

    What device are you using?  Was it purchased from T-Mobile?
