HP printer not connecting to replacement 5G Internet Gateway

    Thanks syaoran. I called TMO and a good agent suggsted setting the network to 2.4 ghz since this technology has a longer range than 5g. As of now it seems to have worked. fingers crossed and I hope my reply can help other users. Lo

Delete and recreate the connection on each device.  You will also need to run the setup on the devices you want the printer to connect to once you reconnect it to the gateway.
