T-Mobile does not filter your incoming calls. Do you have Spam Shield on?
LMFAO so 2 years ago there was no response or help for this customer, now 2 years later and all of the sudden someone responds after there was a reply, some fantastic customer support, regardless if your a employee or not that's messed up. T-mobile in fact does filter calls, this is now the 2nd time with two different hospital/doctors offices that are unable to call when they do call its just a busy signal not even an option to leave a voice mail or anything, and don't have spam shield at all
