Epson ET2800 will not show or connect to my ipad, iphone or Macbook Pro M1/Ventura 13. How can i get the printer to connect?

For my Apple devices to connect to the printer via AirPrint through the T-Mobile gateway, I had to set IPv6 on, on the printer.
