Do not see SSIDs - there are not transmitting

I am converting trying to run the 5G gateway wi-fi router with another 3rd party wifi router.

I see the 3rd party SSID but do not see Gateway wifi SSID

Anyone know how to fix this. I have restarted gateway several times.
