Data issues
I called Tmobile to suspend data on my sons phone. After l week, l called back for the data to be restored and they cannot do it. I have spoken to 4 associates and non has a clue. Calls go to India and they are trained to just be nice but do not understand anything else. How do l get data back on the phone
