Data issue

 I went to T-mobile store I asked that I want to purchase this plan if it's compatible with my phone. After purchasing the plan I was having trouble connecting to internet so I was told that this is a phone issue. Currently I rarely get connected to 2G, if I get lucky. Most times there is no data at all.

  • What make and model phone are we talking about? Compatibility of BYODs is the customer’s responsibility.
