How can I find out if there is an issue in my area? I have had good wifi service for the past 2 or 3 months but I have completely lost Internet in the afternoon for the past 3 days,

  • There are a few methods:

    If it is ‘Internet’ *T-Mobile Home Internet” then I’d recommend calling their support number.

    Similarly, check the status of the TMHI device with the app.  It’s possible that you’re just hitting peak hours and being deprioritized.
