Continued poor T-Mobile coverage
I have been with T-Mobile for at least 10 years now and the coverage in my area has never improved. SAD! I live only a few miles from SF International Airport in the northern part of Silicon Valley...
You can alwaya reach Support by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line. The screenshots are clear now. Mobile Edge has bwen awful lately What device are you using? Band 66 definitely isn't great.
611 only gets you to their overseas call center. They have no technical expertise and there is no way to submit an email documenting the poor service as I am able to collect with the tools I have.
I believe this is as designed by TM.
Maybe I'll escalate this to X or similar.
