Continued poor T-Mobile coverage
There is a lot more than just the towers involved in how the services and that experience is on your device. Not all devices have good radios/modems. A perfect example of this are the iPhone XS all of the way up to the iPhone 14's. The 15's got better but the 16's have definitely improved. Samsung's flagships are consistently great for cellular reception with the 5400 modem in the Pixel 9 series being a massive improvement for pixel devices as well. Maybe you should consider trying a different device.
Do you work for TM? If not, then why would you be making excuses for them?
Sorry but I don't have another device to use. Why not go to the location shown in the the image I posted and show us the strength of your connection instead of "supposin"? If you can't do that, then any guesses you may make are not helpful.

I do not work for T-Mobile. The text in the image are not clear for me. That might be because I am on mobile. Customers experiencing issues should be able to do reasonable troubleshooting. Have you tried a network reset from the settings of your device followed by powering off the device for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh the connection to the T-Mobile network?

Yes. I have a BS in Computer Science and more than 40 years of tech experience. I understand how to do troubleshooting when it is necessary due to the problem being on my side. That is not the case here as this is clearly a TM system problem that has gone on for years.
TM should pay more attention to maintaining and expanding their existing network instead of wasting $$ on TV advertising.
The images I posted are clear in the Chrome browser on my desktop. I just checked this thread in Firefox on my Android phone. Also very clear. Perhaps you need a new phone? Have you done appropriate troubleshooting?😁
All the info necessary as to the state of the service I was receiving when I took each screenshot with a professional level network app is clearly available in the screenshots, so if you want to participate you should try to figure out how to get a clearer view of the screenshots.
But this isn't a user misconfiguration problem that is solvable by random community help attempting to accumulate badges.
How do I communicate directly with real TM tech support (does something like that even exist?), since apparently, TM people don't visit their own forum?
