completly rediculous

I find it completely and utterly ridiculous that you guys have had me as a customer for almost a year you have taken my 55.00 every month and when I call you and tell you every month that my internet service is completely crappy that I spend more time during the month with the buffering and leggings and then when I do get a good month out of it then you guys shut me off over $5 after being a customer for for 6 months at that point so after I pay you the $55 for the $5 that I was late ridiculous my box starts working even worse so when I call you guys to say hey you're taking my $55 a month but I'm not getting the service I'm paying for it and you refuse to credit my account and tell me oh we can't credit your account because I've already used the service okay that's stupid I can't even tell you your customer service is horrible your guys's resolutions are inexcusable you going to lose me for a customer if you don't get your act together you need to credit my account cuz I've had enough you take my money but then tell me I got to just deal with the service but that's not the service you promised me when I signed up you told me where I lived it would be seamless and you lied and I don't care who knows here's my number T-Mobile 5152021790 call me with nothing but a resolution are you going to lose me as a customer and as I see some of the comments here it seems to me you're going to be losing a lot of other people keep your word quit stealing from people
