chronic issue

Not getting voicemails until 1-4 DAYS later. Really awesome missing important doctor phone calls and anything of importance. Chronic issue and I’m sick of it. Map says we’re covered. My family and I could be home or 100 miles away. Same issue. Yes, phones restarted. Ever since sprint merged with T-Mobile, it’s been god awful and yes I’ve been on support before and told to “just bare with us”. Why? Why won’t you fix this? Leaning to paying off devices and leaving. It’s been 2 years of “waiting” nonsense.
