Cellular internet signal loss
Our home is just inside the 5G map area as shown on the Tmobile website. Although the wifi works most of the time, the signal is poor to non existent after about 9-9:30 PM. However, I can use my iPhone hotspot with Tmobile service from the same location and it always works to enable the internet service. Would an exterior antenna or some other booster work? I have already located the gateway where it has the highest and most consistent signal strength.
Have had the same problem at about the same time 9pm to 11 pm approximately. Have to reset gateway several times frequently. What’s the problem T-Mobile?
