cant use my phone outside
Sitting on my front porch I can't use my phone, in my yard, in my driveway, etc. What's the issue? I've complained over and over and nothing happens but I'm still paying outrageous phone bills. Cons...

If it works inside your home (WiFi?), and not around your home, I’ll assume that you have either weak to no service at your billing address (check your coverage at https://t-mobile.com/coverage )
Is this something ‘new’, or has it occurred forever at this location ?
You can check with customer care / technical support to osee what your options are. In general, if its always been this way (or since Sprint was sold), you may need to seek another carrier, as @drnewcomb has stated. If it did work before … get T-Mobile to fix what is not working.
