cant use my phone outside
Sitting on my front porch I can't use my phone, in my yard, in my driveway, etc. What's the issue? I've complained over and over and nothing happens but I'm still paying outrageous phone bills. Cons...

Every carrier has places where their signal does not reach. This even applies to Iridium satellite service. While T-Mobile has been improving their rural coverage, they are still behind AT&T and Verizon in most rural markets. If your phone works inside, I’d ask if you have been connecting to your home WiFi signal?

If your phones are unlocked, it may be that a MVNO that uses AT&T’s or Verizon’s signal would serve you better.
