call stuck on 00:00 then the call ends/the call won’t connect and it goes straight to voicemail.

if i restore my phone without any backups doesn’t that mean i lose everything stored in my phone?

I guess that depends on how you look at it.  You would still have the backup but it jist wouldn't be restored.  This way, you are eliminating the backup causing the issue.
