Wow! Lake Carroll looks really grim. The only carrier that seems to have any coverage is U.S. Cellular (USCC). T-Mobile should be able to roam USCC’s signal. Have you tried searching for a USCC signal?
What phone do you use? If you use an Android phone, It would help to install and run the CellMapper app around the area.
