The HunterCreek-Christopher Creek, Arizona area has 5G T Mobile cell service, but we really need T Mobile home internet, which is now available in Payson, Arizona, about 18 miles away. How can we encourage T Mobile to upgrade our tower to provide home internet services?
Having 5G service does not imply the capacity’s available to support Home Internet. T-Mobile gets many complaints about Home Internet service as it is. Extending availability before the capacity is installed is a recipe for disaster.
