T-Mobile doesn't suspend accounts for no reason. You should inquire as to why that hapoened. Even if it was a system error, thwn it lets them know there is an issue.
No one here has access to your account so any billing related issues need to be addressed with Customer Care by calling 611 from your T-Mobile line or by sending a DM to T-Mobile on either Facebook or Twitter/X.
