T-mobile takes auto pay from account. Says I missed 2 months of payments and suspended my account.
It's things like this that reassures me as to why I manually pay my bill a week minimum before autopay kicks in. I don't trust the system to be reliable and it gives me a reason to look over our bill as well.

No you don't understand. T-mobile is already successfully taking my auto pay every month. They just decided to suspend my account for no reason and still charge me for two "missing" months of service even though my bank statements clearly indicate that auto pay is working correctly and T-mobile is being paid for the months they indicate "missing". I am not the holder for the bank accounts that is registered for auto pay so I was unaware if the auto pay was suddenly canceled or something happened to it, so I decided to pay through my bank. Now T-mobile is unwilling to refund my money.
