Being charged for a phone i didn't buy

I paid in full for a s23 ultra , I'm being charged for an additional s23 ultra on monthly payments that I did not order,  want or possess.  I need this resolved.  Customer care will not do anything about it.  This occurred on the same day,  same time.  I'm saying this is an employee error.
