Auto Pay Discount Reversal? Or Back to Paper!

doing paper is cheaper than giving that discount… Bulk mail nowadays is like $300 per 100,000K and goes down greatly the more they send mail. If they stopped everyone from getting CC discount at $5 per line and says 40M stopped I could easily see bulk will cost around $.05 per account.
