Legacy Plan Price Increase - Former Employee of 9 years
Straight fraud! I asked for my service agreement and that I signed with a price lock and they will not give it to me. This is a very serious issue that has legal repercussions. I was told to take it up with their legal department, then hung up on.

Doesn’t surprise me, I literally sold the service from 2013-2022. There was a price guarantee, they even marketed as “not being like the other carriers”. Claiming they’d never force you out of your grandfathered plan or increase prices & fees. They have shark lawyers on payroll, unless there’s a class action lawsuit don’t even bother. What they’re doing is unethical, I’m switching to Verizon & will be suggesting others do the same. The only way they’ll backtrack is if it hurts their acquisition numbers. So we got to port-out.
