Can’t pay internet bill

i used to be able to pay through the app, now it’s just showing me all this information about my gateway with no link to pay my bill. when i log into my account it only has my cell phone and i also can’t find a link to add anything. when i try to sign up for a new account with a different email it still asks me for my phone number which is attached to the account i already have that won’t let me attach my gateway.
