Voicemail Is Not Connecting

My voicemail is not activating for callers to leave a message. How can I fix this?

    Press and hold the 1 key on the diaload.  It will call into your voicemail so you can set it up.

Give Support a call at 611 to see if there is an issue they see on their end.  At the very least, they can reset your voicemail to see if that resolves the issue.
