Voicemail cannot be set up at all (iphone)
I brought my iphone 8 plus to a local store to set it up for my teenage son. It is all working EXCEPT for the voicemail. When we attempted to set it up, it says the account cannot be found. When anyo...
So I take it you held the 1 button on the dialer and put the last 4 digits of the phone number in when prompted for a pin. After that you just follow the menu to finish setting up.
If that doesn't work you need to contact TMobile using messenger on one of their social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter to have them reset the voicemail.
