Verification codes from UK

I am not receiving verification codes from a UK bank (Santander). The bank says that all their T-Mobile customers have the same problem. TM Tech support haven’t figured out a solution yet - any ideas?

    It has been working for ten years - just stopped in July 2023

    A lot of banks will not send 2FA codes to international numbers to help cut down on fraud.
