Upgrade Inquiry
Hello friends, I’m looking to upgrade my phone. My store rep says I cannot upgrade due to my phone having a prepaid plan. Whats the deal? I pay my line every month. Do they not trust me?
I suspect they want me to sign for a plan. It’s just odd because I bought my phone outright. The issue seems that I have prepaid plan. I guess they want my “loyalty “ to the brand lol
