Suddenly I'm not receiving some SMS from Czech Republic, but they receive my SMS

I regularly text with clients in Czech Republic and also when online banking there. Suddenly I’m not receiving the authentication code from bank, SMS from some clients (both T-Mobile), while receiving from other client (also T-Mobile). The domestic texting works without problems.

Please help.
