Still no trade in credit I sent a month ago

Same with me 13 Pro Max file claim August 2024 we are January 26 ,2025 and nothing yet. I’m so disappointed they charge me 108 deductible I paid they still charge me 650 to out of my account for not returning a phone, which I did they keep telling me to check my email. They will ship it out soon. Nothing yet I don’t know what else to do maybe a lawsuit , they didn’t answer my calls. And when they do they said we will Call back within 24 hours. Never did. I’m just gonna go on Twitter and TikTok and tag them. It’s all join. This is BS.
