ringer volume normal on 1st ring only
Just got my new iphone 13 yesterday. Incoming calls, the ringer sounds normal on the 1st ring then the next ring it fades out to very low & remains very low for all the rest of the time. My volume is up as far as it will go. Any ideas as to why it is doing this? I have looked in all my settings & found nothing to help this. Thanks for your ideas.

Could it be Attention Aware is turned on?
Settings > Accessibility > Face ID & Attention > Attention Aware Features
