Photo App no longer uploads a photo
The Photo App no longer uploads a photo to my Comcast email account. This worked a couple of days ago. I selected Small to reduce the size from 2.6 MB to 29.4 KB. I do not get an error message. I do not even get the usual ‘swish’ sound to indicate that it is being sent.

Also are you using xfinity website or app? The website gives you the option on changing the size of the file. Not sure about the app.
It could be the size of the file. Most email programs have a limit on the size of a file.
This is the only uploading I have a need to do.
I tried uploading to a different email address but it was not received.
I also tried a different photo but still no luck.
Since my objective was to get several photos from my phone to my laptop, I used a USB cord and the Photo App to move the photos into the Pictures file folder on my laptop.

is that the only uploading issue it has? are you able to send them to any other emails?
