Magenta issues

Keep looking for benefits under my plan. Called T Mobile and was told to look in promotions. Went there and there were none. Then went to look into benefits but no matter what device, my phone, my home computer, work computer once I get to Magenta I get the endless spinning wheel of death. What is the issue here, anyone know.
