iPhone 13 pro max will not turn on
Hello, so my iphone 13 pro max was dying last night and I lost my original charger so I used my cheap charger from Walmart, it did start charging but super slow. According to my ipad it died at 2:29am and even when I try to power it on, it will not even show the apple logo or say it’s dead. Just a black screen. I went to the store bought apple charger and charging block and it has been plugged in for an hour but nothing is turning on at all. What can I do? It’s a brand new phone and in perfect condition .
for either of you.. when its plugged in and charging does anything show up on the phone showing that its in fact charging?
I am having the same issue. Did you manage to get it fixed?
