Wouldn't trade in my phone
I took my Galaxy 8 note to my local store to trade it in for an upgrade. I was told that my phone could not be used as a trade in because I got a S21Fe Samsung (older model). I get it T-Mobile likes...
Device that is EOL for years. You device on the open market is worth more than the trade in. Just because you are an existing customer you are set to the same rules as other existing customers for trade ins. To me they are treating their existing customers equally in that regard.
