Weird test message notification from app this AM

It probably is testing, though I’m wondering how many got multiple notifications and if any of those had the little blue icon with up arrow in it next to it. It’s very small, but one I’ve not seen before. I‘ve not seen from the expected documented sources, though I spent 5 minutes looking. Maybe they are testing a new feature.
