Unlocking Pixel 7 Pro from your carrier
Good afternoon, I would like to ask you to unlock your device from your operator. I checked by IMEI, he is not on the black list, the contract is over. This means he can be untied from you. Telephone IMEI (358039170718247/35)

Revuew your device and account eligibity with the SIM Unlock Policy requirements. As Grps mentioned, being a T-Mobile USA customer is a requirement to verify all criteria has been met to qualify for a SIM unlock from T-Mobile.

Whats ironic about this request is if the phone was on a Tmobile post paid account for 40 days it would of been unlocked even if it wasn't paid off.

Are you a Tmobile USA customer? They will only unlock phones for customers who meet the unlock requirements..
