Storage full, no visible files account for it
My storage on my galaxy s9+ is full and when I look with my computer at my folders there are no files I can locate and delete that will free up significant storage.
Related issue is the t-mobile Visual Voicemail app tells me my storage is full too but there is no information on where the voicemail files are so I can move or delete them.
Have you tried a factory reset to see if that resolves the issue?
