send my trade in

Hello, I had printed the shipping label for my trade in. However, it shows in  the Receipt label the wrong ph. that I have to return. 

I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 black. And the label reads Samsung Galaxy S21 Grey. 

 

Can you please send me a label with the correct ph. I don’t want to have problems (I already had enough problems getting my I phone).

    you will need to contact TMO either through call or through Facebook/Twitter..the site here is primarily peer to peer assistance..no one in here has the power to assist you on this one.
