why do Securus calls not come through?
I have lately been having problems receiving calls from a jail using Securus. I do not receive calls at all the call doesn't come though it won't even ring. The Securus account has funds and is able ...
And do they notify you the block is off ? Or I guess I gotta keep calling them uhh lol smh
Yes...you will get a notification on your screen that its been turned off. But keep doing it every morning. Also shut your phone down every morning for 5 seconds. Do a turn off..NOT a restart. In this order...Turn off the phone, wait 5 seconds, turn on. Then do #632#.
