No Voicemail Indication on my Revvl V+ 5G

This may be an old thread, but I’m having the same problem with my Revvl 6 5G. I get no icon or notification that a voicemail has been left. Visual voicemail is disabled. I should not have to turn this on to get a simple notification that a voicemail was left. What’s going on T-Mobile?
