Im still getting a Line transfer problem. T-Mobile Care will call you. Will someone please fix the issue so can got notices from my pharmacy / 2 step verification codes from my bank accounts....I would really like to keep my current phone number of 9 years
Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? Some 2FA services are not compatible with prepaid lines. If you are a postpaid customer, ask Customer Care to make sure Shortcodes are enabled on your line.
