NO it needs to be paid off. You will get the bill credits on your bill still. Keep in mind if you cancel the plan then you will lose those credits.
No they will not if everything is paid off. Keep in mind billing cycle and use cycle is different. You could pay your bill but you still in the middle of a use cycle which will generate a last bill. The system will say you are paid up as it doesn’t account for the nongenerated bill for the current cycle.
