Paying off a phone online
My son wants to pay off his new phone. When I put in a payment, it is over the monthly bill so it confuses the site. I found the section where it says how much he owes but not where to pay it off. ...
Click on the line you want to pay off, select make a payment that will take you to a screen to make a payment or pay off the full amount on a drop down screen.
