Not receiving calls or not being able to hear callers

I have OnePlus Nord N20 5G.  I am having problems with either not receiving calls or when I make calls/do receive calls, I often cannot hear the recipient but they can hear me.  I noticed this happened after I signed up and installed TMobile’s Digits on my android tablet.  I removed the tablet from Digits but I am still having the same problem.  I generally have to either turn off or restart phone after not being able to hear call recipients.  Anyone have any suggestions before I call TMobile?
