    Did you buy the phone from T-Mobile or a T-Mobile reseller the phone will show correct , if you buy it from the manufacturer or a 3rd party like Amazon they usually don't show the correct phone

    My Pixel 9 shows correct but the wrong color so it's getting a little better.

    If you used SmartSwitch to copy things over from your old device.  That is the issue.  Factory reset and don't restore any backups using SmartSwitch.
