Mobile Phone Hotspot not letting me play multiplayer games

But if I use my wife's pixel 3a as a hotspot it works every time!
One thing I have found is that the download speed is less than 1 mbps on the vita and on my android head unit in the car but when i hotspot to my fire tab or dell laptop its 21mbps+
My wife's phone is consistently good on all devices and we're both on ee
Why?
But if I use other mobile to connect hotspot for working on my project ,its speed become extreme slow.
