Messages no longer flash screen and this stupid bubble thing....
Samsung S21 your latest "mandatory" update no longer allows my phone to flash when getting a text message and has this stupid bubble that I have to drag to make it go away. I have no clue how to get...
the bubble part might be part of the texting app itself. look in its settings and possibly even advanced settings.
