I bought a new phone (not from T-Mobile), how do I tell T-Mobile?
I bought a Nokia 2780 flip phone. It’s working on my T-Mobile account, but T-Mobile thinks I have a different model of phone. How do I tell it my new phone model, IMEI, etc.?
They have the imei# but it won't show what type of phone. My Pixel 8 I bought from Google says it an unlocked byod Android.
